A new campaign of Democratic Party-aligned crypto enthusiasts is campaigning for Vice President Kamala Harris. This week the campaign includes a virtual town hall.

Some of the heavyweights speaking at a digital town hall this week organized by the Crypto4Harris campaign.
The campaign, which was launched to rally the crypto community's support for Democratic presidential hopeful Kamala Harris, has poured into the industry. $183 million into political action committees to support crypto-friendly candidates.
'start small'

“There is no PAC, no organization, just a few volunteers. We will get as many people as we can get a list of names on the board to join us” for the town hall, he said.

“We see the Harris administration as an opportunity for those in the industry who are very concerned about the real issues — the regulatory issues — the concerns of entrepreneurs and builders, entrepreneurs, investors, consumers,” he said.

“It shows the good faith of the industry.”
The event is scheduled for Wednesday at 8pm Eastern Time.
Other confirmed speakers for the event include Congressmen Adam Schiff and Richie Torres, and Sheila Warren, CEO of the Crypto Council for Innovation.
