Former Securities and Exchange Commission counsel David Hirsch Joined law firm McGuireWoods.

Hirsch will be a partner in the firm's securities enforcement and regulatory counseling practice.

Hirsch left the SEC in June after nearly nine years overseeing the markets. His latest role is as chief of the cyber division of the regulator's crypto assets and enforcement division.

Ripple Policy Director for EMEA Andrew Whitworth He left the blockchain company to found a consultancy called Global Policy Limited.

Former Goldman Sachs executive Peter Mintzberg Joined Grayscale Investments as Chief Executive Officer.

The crypto asset manager announced Mintzberg's appointment in May. He will officially begin his new role in mid-August, succeeding Michael Sonnenschein.

Mintzberg joins Grayscale from Goldman Sachs, where he was head of global strategy for property and wealth management.

He also worked at asset management giants BlackRock, Invesco and Oppenheimer Funds.

Banking

Investment banking giant Citi is the head of digital assets Shobhit Maini Left after 14 years in the bank.
